We provide corporate finance services to shareholders and management teams of UK based private companies, generally with enterprise values between £2 million and £50 million, although we have worked on smaller and larger deals.  We work on a limited number of deals in any one year allowing us to give clients our full attention.

 We have significant experience of: Management Buy Outs, Buy Ins, Share Disposals and Fundraising.  We will help you cut through the complex world of corporate finance and provide independent advice with your objectives in mind.

We often perform deal support and management tasks on behalf of shareholders or owners who simply need a trusted party to stand between them and the other party and their various advisers, ranging from a full appointment to act throughout on all matters to acting as an independent sounding board, providing strategic deal advice and negotiating on behalf of vendors. 

 We are partner led and more than capable of representing our clients at the most senior level on deals of significant value, working to co-ordinate advisers across multiple jurisdictions if necessary. 

Business Consultancy

We provide business advice and consultancy across many areas, from complex financial modelling and business planning through board advisory roles to sitting in on adviser meetings and providing support (moral or technical).
